Hello! My name is Prescoln and I grew up in SE Portland's Foster-Powell neighborhood. My family originally emigrated to Oregon from Southeast Asia in the 1970s. I'm a first generation Portlander with a passion for promoting homeownership and financial literacy in the under-served communities of the city. I sit on the planning committee for the Asian American Youth Leadership Conference (in it's 27th year) and the Board of Directors for API Forward, a non-profit dedicated to furthering the career development of Asian and Pacific-Islander American professionals and students. My background is in banking, where I developed expertise in sales, marketing and finance. I enjoy working in real estate because it allows me to help everyday people achieve the personal and financial milestone of buying a home while uplifting the community. With every closing, I will donate $100 of my commission to a local non-profit of your choosing.
